Connect Hospitable to AllStay.ai

Import your properties and start syncing bookings in minutes.

If you already use Hospitable to manage your short-term rentals, connecting to AllStay.ai is simple. Once connected, AllStay.ai will automatically sync your listings, bookings, guest messages, and reviews — and start scheduling cleaning jobs for you.

Option 1: Connect Your Hospitable Account

Connect directly with your Hospitable account via OAuth. This gives AllStay.ai access to all your properties across all platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct bookings) managed through Hospitable.

  1. Open Import Listings

    Log in to AllStay.ai and go to the Listings tab. Click the Import Listings button.

  2. Select Hospitable

    In the import dialog, click the Hospitable card. You'll be redirected to Hospitable's authorization page.

  3. Authorize AllStay.ai

    Log in to your Hospitable account (if not already signed in) and grant AllStay.ai permission to access your properties and bookings.

  4. Select Properties to Import

    After authorization, you'll see a list of all your Hospitable properties. Select which ones to import. You can also merge them into existing listings if you've already added some manually or via iCal.

  5. Done!

    Your properties are imported and bookings will sync automatically. AllStay.ai will pull in guest information, reviews, blocked dates, and message threads. New bookings appear in real time via webhooks.

What gets synced: Listings, bookings (all platforms), guest names, reviews, blocked dates, guest message threads, co-host information, and property metadata (address, photos, amenities, WiFi credentials).

Option 2: Connect Airbnb via Hospitable Connect

Airbnb Only

If you only need to sync your Airbnb listings, you can connect directly through Hospitable Connect. This is a streamlined flow that doesn't require a Hospitable account — just your Airbnb login.

  1. Open Import Listings

    Log in to AllStay.ai and go to the Listings tab. Click the Import Listings button.

  2. Select Airbnb

    In the import dialog, click the Airbnb card (labeled "Connect via Hospitable"). You'll be redirected to Hospitable Connect's authorization page.

  3. Connect Your Airbnb Account

    Follow the prompts to link your Airbnb account. No Hospitable PAT or separate Hospitable account is needed.

  4. Select Properties to Import

    Once connected, your Airbnb listings will appear. Select which ones to import or merge into existing listings.

  5. Done!

    Your Airbnb properties are imported and bookings will sync automatically, including pricing and cleaning fee data.

Note: Hospitable Connect syncs Airbnb listings only. If you manage properties on multiple platforms (VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), use Option 1 to sync everything through your Hospitable account.

What Happens After You Connect

Once your properties are imported, AllStay.ai takes care of the rest:

  1. Bookings Sync Automatically

    New bookings, date changes, and cancellations are detected and reflected in your AllStay.ai calendar in real time.

  2. Cleaning Jobs Are Scheduled

    When a new booking arrives, AllStay.ai can automatically create a cleaning job and contact your preferred cleaner based on priority and availability.

  3. Guest Messages Are Monitored

    AI agents watch your guest conversations for issues, complaints, or requests and create todos so nothing falls through the cracks.
