How do I connect my existing listings?
Go to the Properties tab and click "Import Listings". You can connect via Airbnb (through Hospitable), Hospitable, OwnerRez, or paste iCal URLs from any platform (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.). For OAuth integrations you'll be redirected to authorize your account, then choose which listings to import.
How often do bookings sync?
Bookings sync automatically every few minutes. For iCal-based connections, syncs happen at regular intervals. For Hospitable and OwnerRez, syncs are near real-time via API webhooks.
Can I connect multiple platforms for the same listing?
Yes. Each listing can have multiple connections (e.g., Hospitable + iCal from VRBO). AllStay merges bookings from all sources into a single calendar view.
How do I set up automatic cleaning job scheduling?
Go to the Advanced tab and find the Features section. Enable "auto-scheduling" and related flags. AllStay will then automatically create cleaning jobs when new bookings come in and assign them to your crew based on availability.
What is Direct Booking?
Direct Booking lets you take reservations on your own AllStay-hosted storefront — no Airbnb, VRBO, or platform fees. Guests pay you directly via Stripe checkout, and bookings flow into the same calendar as your other channels. Enable the Direct Booking tab from Advanced → Features.
How do I accept payments for direct bookings?
Connect your Stripe account from the Direct Booking tab. Once connected, AllStay generates a checkout link for each listing's storefront page. Payouts go from Stripe directly to your bank — AllStay never holds your funds.
Is damage covered on direct bookings?
Yes. Every paid direct booking is automatically covered by Truvi Screen & Protect — up to $50,000 in damage coverage. The cost is $6.50/night, deducted from your Stripe payout, and guests see no extra fee. Rarely, coverage may be limited to $1,000 if a guest doesn't pass Truvi's screening.
Can I limit how far in advance guests can book?
Yes. Each listing has a Book-ahead limit (in days) that caps how far into the future a guest can pick a check-in date on the direct-booking page. It's a sliding window — 90 days is common if you don't trust rates beyond 3 months, 180 for seasonal pricing, 365 (default) for a full year.
How do cleaning checklists work?
In the Advanced tab → Checklists, create a named multi-step checklist (e.g. "Standard cleaning"). Each step has an action requirement: simple confirm, photo/video, or a typed note. From any chat with a cleaner, use the split-send menu next to Send to fire the whole chain — each step only appears in the cleaner's messages after the previous one is completed. You can also attach a checklist to the daily "Today's Job Summary" message per listing.
