AllStay.ai is now featured in the official Hospitable Marketplace under Operations and Guest communication. Hospitable customers can discover AllStay.ai and connect their account in just a few clicks — no API tokens, no manual setup.
The marketplace listing is the customer-facing companion to our Hospitable integration approval earlier this year. Properties and listings, calendar (pricing, availability, minimum night stay), reservation notifications, and guest messaging all flow through a single OAuth connection.

Checklists — Make Sure Cleaners Actually Did the Work
Build a named, multi-step checklist (e.g. Standard cleaning, Deep clean) and send the whole chain to a cleaner with one click. Each step waits for the cleaner to provide evidence — a confirmation tap, a photo, a video, or a typed note — before the next step shows up in their messages.
No more guessing whether the trash got taken out, the linens were swapped, or the hot tub was actually drained. Every step lands in the chat thread with timestamps and media attached, so you have a record of what happened on every turnover.
Find it in Advanced → Checklists. Create one, add your steps, set the action required per step (confirm / photo / video / note), and fire it from any crew chat via the split-send menu next to the Send button.
Direct Booking Is Here — Your Own Booking Site, No OTA Fees
AllStay.ai now lets you accept direct bookings through your own branded booking site — no OTA commissions, no middleman. Every host gets a public page at allstay.ai/stay/your-name with your listings, photos, availability calendar with per-night pricing, and a built-in booking form with Stripe payments.
Guests can browse your properties, pick dates, see a real-time price breakdown (nightly rates + fees + taxes), and request to book — all without leaving your site. You review each request in your AllStay inbox, accept or decline, and the guest pays securely via Stripe. Confirmation emails, manage-booking links, and cancellation flows are all handled automatically.

We are thrilled to announce that the AllStay Crew app is now live on both the App Store and Google Play. Cleaning crew and staff can now manage their jobs, communicate with hosts, and track payments — all from a dedicated mobile app.

November 21, 2022 Milestone
MyBnb iOS App Launched
The journey began with MyBnb — an iOS app built for Airbnb hosts to manage cleaning operations using iCal calendar sync. What started as a simple tool to coordinate turnovers laid the foundation for what would eventually become AllStay.ai.
June 2020 Milestone
Where It All Began — First Airbnb Listing
Daniel launched his very first Airbnb listing in Renton, Washington. A 2-bedroom home that would go on to earn a 4.92-star rating across 136 reviews and Superhost status. The hands-on experience of managing this property — coordinating cleanings, handling guest communication, and juggling turnovers — planted the seed for what would become AllStay.ai.
