What we’re building — and why
Most short-term rental hosts run their business across five or more disconnected tools: one for the calendar, another for the cleaners, a third for payments, a spreadsheet for taxes, and a phone full of SMS threads holding the whole thing together. Every tool charges its own fee, owns its own slice of data, and stops talking to the others the moment something goes wrong.
Our goal is simple: be the one-stop solution for STR hosts. A single platform that handles the entire operation — bookings, cleaning crews, payments, guest messaging, taxes, reviews, and reporting — so you stop stitching tools together and start running your rentals from one place.
That’s the headline. Underneath it, the mission is bigger: give independent hosts the operational sophistication of a property-management company, without giving up ownership, revenue share, or the relationships they’ve built with their guests and crews.
What we do
AllStay.ai is operational software for hosts who manage short-term rentals. We help hosts run day-to-day operations from a single dashboard: a unified booking calendar across rental platforms and direct bookings, automated cleaning-job scheduling and crew coordination, AI-powered messaging and translation, secure direct-booking checkout with Stripe payments, and reporting for taxes and payouts.
We are software only. AllStay.ai is not a property manager, broker, real estate agent, payment processor, or travel agency. Every booking made through Direct Booking is strictly between the host and their guest; we provide the tools, not the service.
Integrations and Partnerships
AllStay.ai integrates with the following authorized partners to provide our services:
- Hospitable — authorized integration partner. We use Hospitable’s official API to read property listings and reservations on behalf of our customers, with their explicit OAuth consent.
- OwnerRez — authorized integration partner. We use OwnerRez’s official API to read and update property listings, rates, and bookings on behalf of our customers, with their explicit consent.
- Stripe — payment processing via Stripe Connect. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; AllStay never handles raw payment information.
- Truvi — authorized integration partner for guest screening and damage protection. We offer Truvi’s Screen & Protect as an optional per-night line item on direct bookings; coverage decisions and claims are handled by Truvi.
AllStay.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any third-party rental listing platform. When our software syncs with a host’s existing listings on those platforms, it does so through our authorized integration partners (Hospitable and OwnerRez) using the host’s own credentials, never AllStay’s. We do not impersonate any third-party brand, and we do not collect or store passwords for any third-party service.
